KNORR $500 ENTREE

An SOS to save our soil.

Without regenerative agriculture saving the world’s soil, the food we love is on track for extinction.

But most people don’t know what regenerative means.

So on World Soil Day, we joined with Knorr, a brand committed to regenerative programs, and former White House Chef, Sam Kass, to host The $500 Dinner. The (actual) $72 dish with Knorr rice will be over $500 in the next few decades it we don’t adopt regen.
